AMAKS LOYALTY Silver Card

You get a card when you accumulate 35,000 AMAKS bonus point.
AMAKS LOYALTY Gold Card
gives you the opportunity to receive a 15% discount on:- accommodation in chain hotels,
- booking tours to the resorts of the network**,
- services of restaurant and entertainment complexes of hotels of the*** chain.
You get a card when you accumulate 105,000 AMAKS bonus point.
AMAKS LOYALTY Platinum Card

Terms of the loyalty program in the AMAKS Hotels&Resorts chain
- 1. The AMAKS LOYALTY CLUB Loyalty Program applies to all hotels and resorts of the AMAKS Hotels & Resorts chain on the territory of the Russian Federation (does not apply to hotels in the Republic of Belarus).
- 2.It is very easy to become a member of the Loyalty Program: fill out a special form at the reception desk of the hotel or register in your personal account on the website.
- 3. The Loyalty Program Participant's card is not transferable to third parties. The hotel or resort has the right to refuse to provide a discount if the name of the cardholder and the name of the visiting guest do not match.
- 4. You begin to receive privileges and discounts on services immediately after the card is issued. Points for all arrivals from January 1, 2022 will be automatically credited to your bonus account (from January 1, 2023 for the AMAKS Orbita Olginka resort and from March 1, 2023 for the AMAKS EcoPark Yekaterinburg resort).
- 5. Please note! Discounts on accommodation are available only in case of direct booking:
- - on the official website www.amaks-hotels.ru or resorts www.amaks-kurort.ru,
- - in hotels: by phone or e-mail of the selected hotel, that is, without the participation of travel agencies and companies, travel operators, Internet portals, and other online booking systems. At resorts, the discount is available only for online bookings.
- 6.The discount on the AMAKS LOYALTY CLUB loyalty card is distributed:
- - in hotels: to the room booked by the cardholder. Bonus points are awarded to the cardholder, provided that the payment for the room is also made by him.
- - at resorts: for vouchers for all guests who stay in the same room with the cardholder. Bonus points are credited to the bonus account for each of the guests for their trip.
- 7.Do not forget to specify the card number when booking on the website www.amaks-hotels.ru and www.amaks-kurort.ru in the "PROMO CODE" field, the discount will be calculated automatically.
- 8. The transition to the next level is carried out automatically when the required number of points is accumulated.
- 9. Discounts on the loyalty program cannot be combined with discounts on other special offers and promotions.
- 10. Discounts and bonuses on the loyalty card do not apply to group accommodation.
- 11. Discounts and bonuses on the loyalty card do not apply to banquets/receptions, rental of conference rooms and conference equipment.
- 12. Room upgrade, late check-out and early check-in, the hotel undertakes to provide only if rooms are available and ready to move in.
- 13.You can find out the current account balance in your personal account on the website or in the reception and accommodation service of any hotel, indicating your full name and card number.
